Andy joined our team in 2019 where he has taken over the processing of all new investment business, trading, and investment client servicing. He brings over 16 years of financial services experience to the team and has worked in all areas of the investment world including sales, operations, trading, and service.
Having worked for all of the big local financial groups such as First Niagara, M&T, and HSBC, Andy brings a broad range of experience in the financial industry. His intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the banking and investment worlds helps bring to the team a blend of strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and compliance-minded ethics.
Andy has his FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 66, and NYS Life, Accident & Health.

Caroline joined our team in February of 2013. She has over 35 years administrative experience.
As our Client Relationship Manager, Caroline is responsible for building and preserving trusted relationships with our customers. She serves and the initial point of contact to assist clients with their investment and insurance service needs as well as handling scheduling review meetings with our advisors. Her role involves providing important updates and communications to our clients. She is also responsible for servicing and implementation of the protection products we offer, such as Life and Disability Insurance.
Caroline has her NYS Life, Accident & Health license.
